We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in patient care by providing quality dental hygiene services.
*Responsibilities*
- Conduct dental cleanings
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Take dental x-rays
- Perform dental charting and maintain patient records
- Administer local anesthetics under the dentist's supervision
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow
*Requirements*
- Valid Dental Hygienist license
- Proficiency in medical coding and HIPAA regulations
- Experience with CareStack would be a big advantage, but this is not a requirement. The software is easy to learn on the job.
- Ability to perform patient assessments accurately
- Strong understanding of anatomy and dental office systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43.61 - $45.56 per hour
