Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive pediatric dental care including exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and restorative procedures
Diagnose and treat dental conditions in infants, children, and adolescents
Provide preventive and education-based care, including proper oral hygiene instruction to patients and parents
Work collaboratively with orthodontists and staff to ensure seamless patient care
Use child-friendly, compassionate techniques to ensure a positive dental experience
Perform behavior management strategies to help ease dental anxiety in young patients
Stay up-to-date on the latest pediatric dental advancements and technologies
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
DMD/DDS degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency program
Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Dentistry
Active state dental license in New Jersey (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and parents
Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Willingness to travel between three locations (Washington Township, Galloway, Vineland)
