We are a state-of-the-art pediatric dental practice in Tinton Falls. We opened in 2022 and have grown tremendously in the past 2+ years by offering an incredible experience for both our patients and parents alike. We provide detailed explanations to parents, walk children through each and every procedure, and tailor each child's experience to meet their unique needs. Though patient's health is our priority, we also understand the importance and place value on the mental and physical well-being of our team members. We are a fast-paced office that provides care to a diverse population of patients. We focus on our delivery of high-quality care, using the newest technologies and the best materials. We are a collaborative office, where we enjoy discussing cases and situations in order to continue our learning, enhance our skills and improve our patient outcomes.
Part-time or Full-time available.
Monday - Friday 830am-5pm. One Saturday per month 8am-12pm.
Compensation: Base daily rate + percentage of collections
New grads and experienced practitioners are both welcome to apply.
Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Graduation from accredited pediatric dental residency & NJ specialty permit.
Board-certified or board-eligible in pediatric dentistry
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment with dental staff.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and create accurate treatment plans for pediatric and special needs patients.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient dental and psychological needs and abilities
Administer appropriate anesthesia and perform various dental procedures.
Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient care.
Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry techniques and technologies.
Foster a welcoming environment that alleviates children's fears about dental visits.
