Front Office Assistant. PEDIATRIC DENTAL OFFICE. Part-time, Wed & Fri.
3 1/2 year old pediatric dental practice, and expanding! Torrey Highlands (North San Diego, off of I-56).
HOURS: Part-time, Wed. 7:45a-4:15p, Fri 7:45a-4:15p.
RESPONSIBILITIES: (1) Phones & scheduling. (2) Insurance verification & benefit breakdown. (3) Prepare schedule/ patients ahead of time. More responsibilities likely.
MUST HAVE: Communication that is confident, friendly, and professional.
WOULD BE NICE: Experience in phones, scheduling, insurance, Open Dental software. Happy to train you.
