Dental Assistant/Front Office Floater - Chanelle Sy DDS /Kurt Schneider DDS - Mission Viejo, CA

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant with front office experience (Or a willingness to learn front office) to join our well established dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting the dentist during procedures, and on occasion, helping our front office coordinator answer telephone calls, help with recall. We are a family oriented practice with an excellent reputation of over 30 years thanks to our personalized care! We do not adhere to the fast paced, insurance based models of dentistry and expect the utmost level of care and customer service for our patients. We have a smooth, well run practice with great systems in place and are looking for an extra hand to help as we grow and expand.
Duties

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
Perform medical imaging tasks, including X-rays and 3D scanning, while adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental operatory and sterilization areas.
Float in the front office when needed (answering calls on a busy day, greet and seat patients, schedule patients. Insurance/billing knowledge is NOT required)

Requirements

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to understand and follow infection control protocols.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Available Mon, Tues, Wed 8:00am-4:00pm, eventually Thursdays
