The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care and education to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their visits. This role requires a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Take medical histories and record vital signs as necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software.
Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Conduct dental imaging procedures as required, ensuring high-quality results.
Implement aseptic techniques to maintain a safe and sterile environment.
Stay updated on medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and best practices in dental hygiene.
Qualifications
Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Experience with Dentrix software is a plus.
Strong understanding of infection control practices and aseptic techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining patient records.

Pay: $60.00 - $64.00 per hour
