Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) looking for a rewarding opportunity in a patient-focused, comprehensive multi-disciplinary dental office? New Smile Dentistry, located in Linda Vista (92123) and directly off the I-163 and Genessee, is looking to expand our exceptional team!
Position Details:
Tuesdays: 10:00 AM â 6:00 PM (Team huddle at 9:40 AM)
Thursdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Team huddle at 7:40 AM)
Fridays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Team huddle at 7:40 AM)
Coming Soon: Mondays: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Team huddle at 11:40 AM)
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal treatments with precision and care
Conduct patient assessments, review medical histories, and educate patients on oral hygiene
Utilize Open Dental software for patient record management and scheduling
Take and interpret dental X-rays to assist in co-diagnosis and treatment planning
Work collaboratively with the dentist and dental team to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional
The latest technologies including:
Digital X-rays
Dental lasers
CT Scan and 3D imaging

Qualifications:
Valid California RDH license & Local Anesthesia Administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong commitment to quality patient care
