Job Type: Part- Time

Minimum Daily guaranteed rate at $1,000 to $500 depending on experience OR $30% adjusted production
Potential for partnership buy-in

Private Practice that focuses on quality care

Duties Include:

Crowns
Fillings
Extractions
Any procedure the Dentist is comfortable performing

Requirements:

Authorized to work in Louisiana
Current Dental license
Current DEA License
