Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Duties

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Diagnose and treat various dental conditions, including performing root canal therapy and dental extractions.
Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment during procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or Eaglesoft software, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide preventive care education to patients, including proper oral hygiene practices.
Work with pediatric patients to deliver age-appropriate care and manage their unique needs.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license and current CPR certification.
Proficiency in using Dentrix or Eaglesoft software is preferred.
Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dental health.
Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
