OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on both general and pediatric dentistry. As a Dentist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating various dental conditions while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all patients.
Duties

Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine dental health status and treatment needs.
Conduct dental extractions and other surgical procedures with precision and care.
Provide preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
Manage medical records accurately using software such as Epic and Eaglesoft.
Fabricate dental appliances and prosthetics as needed for patient care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure optimal patient care.

Experience

Proven experience in general dentistry with a strong emphasis on patient care.
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Epic and Eaglesoft for managing patient records.
Strong skills in dental fabrication techniques.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
