OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health and well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. As a Dentist, you will perform various dental procedures while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for patients.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Diagnose and treat dental issues, including cavities, gum disease, and oral infections.
Perform a variety of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
Administer anesthesia and manage patient comfort during procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Maintain accurate medical documentation of patient treatments and progress.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to provide optimal patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education.

Skills

Proficient in medical terminology related to dentistry.
Knowledge of medical imaging techniques relevant to dental diagnostics.
Experience working in a dental office setting.
Strong ability in medical documentation practices.
Familiarity with aseptic technique to ensure patient safety.
Proficient in using Epic or similar electronic health record systems.
Understanding of infection control measures within a clinical environment.
Experience in oral surgery procedures as needed.
Knowledge of pediatric dentistry for treating younger patients.
Skills in endodontics for performing root canal treatments.
