Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated General Dentist to provide high-quality dental care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing preventive and restorative procedures, and creating treatment plans tailored to each patientâs needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist to join a growing, team-oriented practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough dental exams and diagnostic procedures to assess the overall health of patientsâ teeth and gums.
Provide preventative care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and patient education on oral hygiene.
Diagnose and treat a variety of dental issues including cavities, gum disease, tooth infections, and other oral health problems.
Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures.
Perform extractions, root canals, and other dental surgeries when necessary.
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients and provide recommendations for their ongoing care.
Stay current with the latest dental technologies, techniques, and best practices.
Foster a friendly, respectful, and patient-centered environment.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal care.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid state dental license.
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, techniques, and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and staff.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to dental care.
Experience with various dental software and technologies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience as a practicing dentist (though new grads are welcome to apply).
BLS/CPR certification.
