Job Overview
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable sales representative with deep expertise in dental procedures, denture manufacturing, and dental lab services. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a dentist, denturist, or dental laboratory manager and a strong understanding of how dental prosthetics are fabricated.
This role involves:

Re-engaging past leads—contacting dentists who have previously shown interest in working with Stomadent and converting them into active clients.
Maintaining relationships with current clients—ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for increased collaboration.

This position requires a consultative approach, leveraging your industry expertise to build trust with dentists, explain Stomadent’s advantages, and ultimately increase sales.
Key Responsibilities

Convert potential clients: Follow up with dentists who have previously expressed interest in Stomadent’s services, educating them on our offerings and turning them into active customers.
Manage and strengthen relationships: Regularly check in with existing dental clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for increased collaboration.
Educate and consult: Use your deep knowledge of dentures, crowns, implants, and other lab services to explain Stomadent’s value proposition and answer technical questions from dental professionals.
Track outreach and conversions: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, conversions, and sales performance using CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the lab and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Industry Expertise Required: Previous experience as a dentist, denturist, or dental laboratory manager is essential.
Strong Sales Acumen: Ability to build trust, overcome objections, and close sales through consultative selling.
Deep Knowledge of Dental Prosthetics: Must understand denture fabrication, crown and bridge work, and dental lab processes.
Relationship Management: Experience in customer retention and client satisfaction strategies.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex dental procedures in an engaging and persuasive manner.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, email marketing, and digital sales tools.
