At our privately-owned dental office on the Westside of Jacksonville, we pride ourselves on creating a patient-focused, family-oriented atmosphere that puts both our team and patients first. Unlike corporate dental offices, we don’t accept HMO or Medicaid—only PPO and Fee-for-Service plans—so you can focus on providing the best care without the red tape and restrictions.
We are actively seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our growing team in a full-time association role. As a member of our office, you'll be supported by three highly productive general dentists, a talented hygiene department, a dedicated clinical team, and a top-notch front office staff. Our practice thrives on collaboration and communication, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow professionally in a positive and supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For:

A General Dentist (DMD or DDS) with a valid state dental license
Someone who is committed to high-quality patient care and building relationships with patients and the team
A team player with excellent clinical and communication skills who works well in a group setting
Someone who values professional growth and is open to learning new techniques, as well as discussing treatment options and patient care strategies
