Overview$1,500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL TIME OR $500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR PART TIME! $50-$55/hour! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice with a solo provider with over 25 years of experience at the same location. You will work 35 hours per week Monday through Thursday 7:45am-5pm making up to $100,000 yearly for full time. Paid Vacation and Holidays. $200 Scrub allowance and Dental Continuing Educational Assistance. We are hiring immediately. Part-time has flexible hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during visits. As a vital member of our team, you will perform a variety of clinical tasks while maintaining a clean and safe environment in accordance with infection control protocols. Your expertise in dental terminology and patient assessment will help us deliver exceptional care. We are a team of professionals!
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and oral examinations.
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures as needed.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.
Collaborate with dentists to provide four-handed dentistry during procedures.
Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and medical terminology.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist in a dental office setting is preferred.
Knowledge of pediatric dentistry practices is a plus.
Familiarity with dental terminology, medical records management, and infection control standards.
Strong skills in patient assessment and communication to effectively educate patients.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Certification as a Dental Hygienist and valid state license required.
Proficiency in dental assisting techniques is an advantage.
