Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. The Dental Assistant will work closely with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in the clinic.
Duties
Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, including but not limited to general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and prosthodontics.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
Take and develop medical imaging as required for patient assessments.
Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Manage infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and processing medical records.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 â 30 per week
