Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on general dentistry and pediatrics. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control practices. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including dental extractions, fillings, and preventive care.
Utilize medical imaging technologies to assess dental issues accurately.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients using Epic software.
Educate patients about oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide comprehensive patient care.

Experience

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license and current certifications in CPR and infection control.
Experience in general dentistry, including familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices is preferred.
Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of anatomy related to dental health.
Previous experience working in a dental clinic setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
