Associate General Dentist- PART TIME - Heritage Plaza Dental - La Verne, CA

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist who can work independently, to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on both preventive and restorative dentistry. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing oral diseases, developing treatment plans, and performing various dental procedures in a supportive and patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals.
Provide preventive care education to patients regarding oral hygiene and health maintenance.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records using Practice Web Dental software.
Collaborate with dental ,assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all health regulations and safety protocols within the dental clinic.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Experience in pediatric dentistry, Endo or prosthodontics is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in medical imaging techniques and understanding of dental terminology.
Familiarity with DENTICAL documentation practices within a dental office setting.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Previous experience working in a dental clinic is an advantage.
