Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and scaling procedures using appropriate techniques.
Conduct patient assessments, including medical histories and oral examinations.
Utilize medical imaging systems to capture high-quality radiographs.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to provide comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred, with a strong focus on patient care.
Familiarity with general dentistry practices and procedures is essential.
Proficiency in medical imaging techniques and systems is highly desirable.
Knowledge of infection control standards and best practices in dental hygiene.
