Job Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist and dental hygienists in providing quality care.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly dental assistant duties as outlined in the checklist.
Monitor and manage lab cases to ensure timely processing.
Be an active part of the selling process, contributing to office productivity.
Promote the office and its services to enhance brand awareness.
Perform basic front desk tasks, as needed, to support the team.
Be open-minded, trainable, and eager to learn new skills.
Take responsibility for assigned tasks and demonstrate accountability.
Qualifications:
Current MD dental x-ray certification is required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the dental field.
A sociable and dependable attitude with a love for serving others.
Excellent communication skills and initiative in problem-solving.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and courteous, professional demeanor.
The ability to be friendly, humble, and receptive to learning and following specific directions.
Front desk experience is a plus.
