Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. The Dentist will perform a variety of procedures, including preventive care, restorative treatments, and emergency services, while adhering to all regulatory guidelines and best practices.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Perform a range of dental procedures, including but not limited to:
- Prosthodontics - Dental extractions - Root canal therapy
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental terminology standards.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Manage pediatric cases with care and expertise as needed.Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in using dental software such as Eaglesoft or Epic is preferred.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy relevant to dentistry.
Experience in performing various dental procedures, particularly in prosthodontics and pediatrics, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and comfort.
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Pay: $223,956.00 - $249,317.00 per year
