Job Description

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health status and treatment needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and prosthodontics.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental conditions accurately.
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Document all patient interactions, treatments performed, and medical records accurately in compliance with clinic policies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license with no disciplinary actions.
Experience working in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.
Strong skills in patient care, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
Familiarity with medical documentation practices and maintaining accurate medical records
Proficiency in the use of medical imaging technology for diagnostic purposes.
