Associate General Dentist - Capitol Family Dental Clinic - Milwaukee, WI

Seeking an Associate General Dentist to join our well established private practice with two locations. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is looking for long term commitment to the profession and business. Must have good chair side manner, excellent communication with patients and team, and provide the highest quality of dentistry.
Competitive pay and wages offered: guaranteed daily rate of $750 or 35-40% of adjusted production rate, whichever is greater.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree
Proficiency in general dentistry and patient care
Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical documentation
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical records management
Ability to perform pediatric dentistry and oral surgery as needed
Excellent patient assessment and communication skills

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including extractions, cosmetic, and prosthodontics.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide exceptional patient care and education, ensuring a comfortable experience for all ages.
Collaborate with dental staff to enhance clinic operations and patient outcomes.
