Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Rockville, MD
Chosen Family Dentistry is a new modern general dental office in Rockville, MD. We are professional, innovative and engaging.
We are looking for a team member who is positive, reliable, professional, and someone who wants to learn and grow with us!
Expanded function assistant preferred but willing to train and offer further training for a right fit team member. Xray certification is a MUST and REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Take dental x-rays- Prepare patients for treatments or procedures- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records- Perform patient assessments and record vital signs
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Completion of an accredited dental assistant program- Expanded function and X-ray certification- Intraoral scanner experience- willing to train- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
