Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality patient care and have a strong foundation in general dentistry practices. This role involves diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring the overall health and well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including root canal therapy, oral surgery, and general dentistry tasks.
Maintain accurate medical records for all patients, documenting treatments and procedures performed.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Fabricate dental appliances as necessary, ensuring a high standard of quality in all work.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Skills
Proficient knowledge of anatomy as it relates to dental health.
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Experience in patient care with a focus on comfort and satisfaction.
Ability to perform oral surgery with precision and care.
Familiarity with dental office operations and best practices.
Competence in managing medical records effectively and efficiently.
Knowledge of dental fabrication processes for creating custom appliances.
