Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, educating patients on oral health, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations to diagnose dental conditions.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records using dental software such as Eaglesoft.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term health.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide exceptional patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Skills
Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dental health.
Proficiency in endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatrics is highly desirable.
Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to develop tailored treatment plans.
Familiarity with medical documentation practices in a dental office setting.
Effective communication skills to explain procedures and address patient concerns.
Experience with infection control protocols to ensure patient safety during treatments.
