We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and have the ability to perform a variety of dental procedures. This role requires proficiency in various dental specialties, including comprehensive dentistry, restorative dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure high-quality care and maintain a welcoming environment for patients.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
Perform a range of dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records for each patient visit.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure the safety and health of patients and staff.
Provide education to patients regarding oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient flow and care delivery.
Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic for managing patient information efficiently.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the best possible care.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Strong knowledge of infection control procedures and techniques.
Experience in pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, or oral surgery is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
Proficiency in medical documentation practices within a dental office setting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
