Job Description
MONTHLY GUARANTEE OF $15000 FOR FULL TIME POSITION (5 DAYS A WEEK, NO WEEKENDS) BONUS ON TIER BASED COLLECTIONS We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry and be committed to providing high-quality patient care. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services while ensuring compliance with all health regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on oral health care, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide exceptional patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices.
Experience Candidates should have:
Strong knowledge of anatomy, dental terminology, and medical terminology.
Familiarity with infection control standards and practices within the dental field.
A valid dental license to practice in the state of operation.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous but not mandatory for new graduates.
