Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate experienced Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, educating patients on oral health, and collaborating with a team of dental professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth, gums, and oral cavity to diagnose dental conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and bridges.
Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental terminology standards.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, including pediatric dentistry and oral surgery techniques.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, dental terminology, anatomy, and dental fabrication techniques.
Experience in pediatric dentistry
Familiarity with medical documentation practices and HIPAA compliance is essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong leadership skills.
