OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and a passion for improving patient health. This role involves performing a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a safe and sterile environment. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional care to patients of all ages, including pediatric dentistry.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform a range of dental procedures including general dentistry, oral surgery and prosthodontics.
Provide preventive care and education to patients regarding oral hygiene and health practices.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a sterile working environment.
Document medical histories, treatment plans, and patient progress accurately in electronic health records (Epic).
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.
Manage pediatric patients with sensitivity and provide age-appropriate treatments.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Experience or training in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of infection control practices and protocols is essential.
Proficiency in performing oral surgery, and prosthodontics is highly desirable.
Strong patient assessment skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic is a plus.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
