Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general dentistry, with additional expertise in areas such as prosthodontics and patient assessment. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality dental care while ensuring a positive experience for patients in a modern dental clinic environment.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Execute various dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and prosthodontic treatments.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments using Dental software.
Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff in a four-handed dentistry setting.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance patient care.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with medical records management.
Experience or training in prosthodontics is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
