Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and ensuring patient satisfaction. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Duties
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues.
Provide treatment for various dental conditions, including dental extractions and oral surgery.
Utilize dental fabrication techniques to create custom dental appliances.
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or Eaglesoft software.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques into practice.
Work with pediatric patients to provide age-appropriate care and support.
Experience
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and dental terminology is essential.
Experience working in a dental clinic environment is preferred.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is a plus.
Previous experience in pediatrics is advantageous but not mandatory.
