Position Summary: As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dentists and ensuring that every patient has a comfortable and positive experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during patient examinations and treatments
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
Take and develop dental X-rays
Maintain patient records and update treatment charts
Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth office operation
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and aftercare
Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments
Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred
At least two years of previous dental assistant experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Knowledge of dental terminology, equipment, and procedures
Ability to handle sensitive situations with patience and professionalism
