Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our upscale dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and the ability to work effectively with both patients and staff.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, dental extractions, root canal therapy, etc.
Maintain accurate medical records for all patients.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide seamless patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Experience
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Proven experience in general dentistry with a strong emphasis on patient assessment and treatment planning.
Proficiency in dental fabrication techniques.
Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry and the ability to apply this knowledge during procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
*Bilingual preferred, English and Spanish. *Sign up bonus after 3-6 months of employment.
*Compensation is base pay + commission.
