Associate General Dentist - Eastside Dentistry PLLC - New York, NY

Job description
Our dental practice is searching for a general dentist to join our practice staff on a part time basis to render dental services to our patients. We are looking for team players who are capable, reliable and confident in their dental skills. Applicants must be personable, professional, productive and proficient in all aspects of cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Molar root canals and implant restoration experience is a plus.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school- State licensure to practice dentistry- Must have NY Medicaid Number. (Practice is 50-55% Medicaid; 40-45% - PPO; 10% - FFS)- Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and interpretation- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and infection control measures- Experience with medical coding for billing purposes- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment using four-handed dentistry techniques- Strong understanding of anatomy and oral health principles

Pay: $700.00 - $900.00 per day
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
