Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. with option to buy-in/ out. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, ensuring the highest standards of oral health and hygiene. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, oral surgery, dental extractions, and pediatric dentistry.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe dental office environment.
Fabricate dental appliances and restorations as needed.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with medical terminology standards.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of the practice.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in oral surgery techniques and general dentistry practices.
Experience with pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of infection control measures within a dental setting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively.
Familiarity with dental fabrication processes is an advantage.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
