Associate Dentist - Crystal Dental LLC - Beverly, MA

As a newly established practice, we are looking for a motivated associate Dentist to join our team and grow with us. With both salary + 25-30% production bonus

Duties

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Conduct a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, oral surgery, and prosthodontics.
Utilize Dentrix software for managing patient records and appointments efficiently.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with medical terminology and dental terminology standards.
Provide pediatric dental care, ensuring a friendly and reassuring environment for younger patients.
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and other staff members to ensure optimal patient care.
Stay updated on the latest developments in dentistry through continuous education and training.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in dental procedures including oral surgery, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is preferred.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and ability to manage medical records effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with patients of all ages.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining a safe environment.
Experience in pediatrics is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $280,000.00 per year
