Job Title: Lead Dental Assistant
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Days: Monday, Thursday, and every other Friday
Monday/Thursday - 8am to 5pmFriday - 8am to 2pm

About Us: We are seeking a hardworking, dedicated, and motivated individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant here at Arizona Smiles. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, and we are looking for someone who is ready to take ownership of their responsibilities and help lead our assistant department.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment rooms for patients, including sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary materials
Take X-rays as needed - OverJet/Sidexis
Maintain patient records accurately and in compliance with privacy regulations
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Exceptional patient experience
Lead our Assistant department - Including ordering parts and keeping up with ordering for back office

Qualifications:

Certification or degree in dental assisting
Previous dental assistant experience preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
Knowledge of dental software and radiology techniques is a plus
