Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Take digital X-rays and assist with charting as needed
Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal patient care
Maintain a clean and sterilized work environment
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) candidate should have a mix of technical skills, patient care expertise, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
Qualifications:

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in WA
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Familiarity with dental software SoftDent is a plus!
A passion for patient care and a positive attitude
