Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting oral health. Duties

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages.
Assess and document patients' oral health status, including gum health and tooth decay.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the development of individualized patient care plans based on assessments.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with dentists to provide four-handed dentistry during procedures.
Ensure the sterilization of instruments and adherence to infection control protocols.
Provide support in pediatric dentistry, ensuring a comfortable experience for younger patients.

Skills

Proficient knowledge of dental office practices and procedures.
Strong understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and general dentistry principles.
Experience with dental assisting techniques is preferred.
Ability to conduct thorough documentation reviews to ensure accuracy in patient records.
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
Familiarity with pediatric dental care practices is a plus.
