Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated,very reliable and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care and education to our patients, ensuring their oral health is maintained and improved. This role requires a compassionate individual who can work effectively with patients of all ages.
Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings, non-surgical scaling and examinations for patients, utilizing appropriate techniques and equipment.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments and progress.
Utilize Open dental software for patient management, scheduling, and record keeping.
Conduct medical imaging as necessary to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and maintain compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

Valid dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
Experience in a dental office setting is preferred, with familiarity in general dentistry and pediatric dentistry considered a plus.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to dental care.
Proficiency in dental assisting techniques, including four-handed dentistry.
Familiarity with Open dental or similar dental practice management software is advantageous.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
