About the RoleEdge Endodontics is seeking a high-energy, creative, and organized individual to add to our Administrative team. This position is split role between Dental Front Desk and Marketing. Youâll manage a mix of in-office responsibilities and community-based marketing efforts ; make monthly office visits, coordinate lunches, and keep our promotional presence top-notch. From Dental office responsibilities to crafting fun, engaging social media content to planning events, youâll be the key to keeping our brand lively and memorable. You will be an active member of the administrative team and provide support needed for patient flow. If you have a knack for staying ahead of trends, enjoy connecting with people, keeping a tight schedule and are ready for a role that keeps you on the go, this could be the perfect fit!
Responsibilities
Proper phone etiquette
Creating patient charts and scheduling appointments
Knowledge on Dental Terminology
Conduct insurance verifications and provide treatment plan estimates
Conduct monthly visits to our partner offices and ensure a consistent, friendly presence
Coordinate lunches for partner offices, enhancing relationships and building rapport
Organize both large- and small-scale events that showcase our practice
Pivot quickly to meet new priorities and maintain a high-energy workflow
Order promotional items and manage marketing supplies, staying within budget
Handle travel to 60-100 partner locations monthly â reliable transportation is a must (mileage reimbursed)
Lead social media engagement, managing posts and trends across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Create and analyze Google Ads campaigns to ensure strong performance
Use Meta Business Suite to track and optimize social engagement
Work in Canva to create visually appealing graphics
Be able to work independently and create a schedule
Month by month plan: such as: theme, the appearance of what is being dropped off, ordering any branded swag, food items.
Qualifications
Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
Understanding of social media platforms and basic graphic design, especially in Canva
Knowledge of Google Ads campaigns and the ability to analyze ad performance
Knowledge in the Dental Field and understanding terms
Strong communication skills, charisma, and an upbeat personality
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
