As a Soul Dental Representative, you will play a crucial role in being a liaison between patients, insurance carriers, and the Dental Front Desk Patient Care Coordinators. $17 - $19 hourly Responsibilities:
Work closely with the front desk team to verify insurance coverage and check eligibility for patients at Soul Dental in Manhattan, NY.
Assist patients by communicating information about their insurance status and upcoming appointments in a clear and friendly manner.
Collaborate with the billing team to address any questions or concerns related to patient eligibility.
Engage with insurance carriers to discuss and clarify patient explanation of benefits efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year of prior experience working as a customer service representative in a professional setting.
Proficiency in dental terminology and procedures is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Must be capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
Key competencies include having U.S. work Authorization and a Flexible Schedule.
