Dental Receptionist (Spanish Speaking) - Prime Dental Partners - Glendale, NY

We are searching for an experienced Receptionist to join our team. The candidate should be presentable, professional and organized.
SPANISH SPEAKING A Must
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our electronic scheduling system- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing- Maintain patient records and update as necessary- Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient operations of the front desk
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus- Proficiency in using ER systems or similar electronic medical records software is required- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
