Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages, including pediatric dentistry.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventative care, and the importance of regular dental visits.
Review and maintain accurate documentation of patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
Assist in the development of individualized patient care plans based on their specific needs.
Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and general dentistry practices.
Proficient in documentation review and maintaining accurate patient records.
Ability to provide compassionate patient care while ensuring comfort during procedures.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
