Weâre currently seeking a Dental Front Desk/Patient Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Patient Relations:
Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Address patient inquiries in person, via phone, and email with professionalism and clarity.
Scheduling:
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Coordinate treatment plans with patients to ensure proper scheduling and follow-ups.
Insurance and Billing:
Verify insurance benefits and eligibility prior to appointments.
Submit insurance claims, process payments, and manage accounts receivable.
Calculate and explain treatment costs, payment options, and insurance coverage to patients.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Assist the dental team with additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a dental or medical office (preferred but not required).
Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and scheduling systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
