Job Description
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring optimal oral health. You will be responsible for performing routine cleanings, conducting patient education, and assisting with periodontal care. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a team-driven practice.
Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and preventive treatments
Assess and document patients’ oral health conditions
Take and review digital X-rays as needed
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
Assist in periodontal therapy, including scaling and root planing
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols
Work collaboratively with dentists and team members to provide comprehensive care

Qualifications

Active Georgia Dental Hygiene License
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and protocols
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to build positive relationships with patients and team members
Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with digital charting and X-rays preferred
