We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality oral healthcare services, including preventive dental care, patient education, and assisting dentists in procedures. This role is crucial in ensuring excellent patient experiences and maintaining optimal oral health.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough oral assessments and dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth.
Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.
Assess and document patient medical and dental history.
Apply fluoride treatments and sealants to prevent cavities.
Assist the dentist during procedures as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
Ensure compliance with dental regulations and infection control protocols.
Provide excellent patient care with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Requirements:

State licensure and certification as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Proven experience in a dental office or clinical setting preferred.
Proficiency in using dental software and digital X-ray technology.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
