Highlights:

State of the art practice and continual evaluation of new tools and technologies.
2 hours total for new patients, doctor sees patient first, then hygiene gets the new patient for the 2nd hour. One hour with established.
In addition to hourly pay we also offer a bonus tied to overall production. That equates to $250-$300 additional per month, on average, for hygienists in our practice.

We are open Tuesday-Friday
Hours: Tues, Wed, and Friday: 7a.m. to 2 p.m.. Thursday is our late-start day (perfect for errands and doctor appointments) and Thursdays are 11a.m. to 6p.m.
Our owner-doctor and associates are all excellent clinicians and wonderful to work with.
Owner-doctor pays close attention to culture and employee satisfaction, which is a big reason why we have such low turnover. We celebrate together. Have parties. She will bring in lunch-and-learns. We want you to want to come to work, not to feel like you are dragging yourself in everyday.

Candidates Must Have:

At least one year of post-training RDH experience.
Laser Certification.
Positive attitude and kind to all.
Effective communication and patient engagement.

We can accommodate an immediate start-date and fulltime schedule.
Our goal is to find a fulltime 4-day per week RDH. However, if you are only looking for 2 or 3 days per week and feel this could be a fit for you, please apply.
