• Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and out process.
• schedule appointments and manage the dental scheduling effectively using Dentrix program.
• Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
• collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient experience.
• assist dentist with dental procedures during patient treatment.
• clean and maintain exam rooms and equipments and clean dental instruments for sterelization.
